Global warming has assumed a gigantic proportion nearly to the stage of irreversible status.It is high time that a global level summit is held involving all the great powers under the UNO.It is most
immediate. It an no longer wait.

Global warming does not stop with the rise in temperature alone.It does many other havocs unpredictable.Rains are always down pours engulfing vast stretches of habitations hitherto unaffected.Thus we find heavy floods in the least expected regions and the velocity of the gale is so s3vere that even the best managed states are able to tackle them.

Un seasonal rains and unexpected heat waves,sudden rise of tidal waves and Tsunamies are some of the symptoms of global warming phenomenon .Drastic disturbances in the eco system ,even leading to out breaks of diseases boosted by sudden rise of temperature ,is a disturbing reality.

Every one has a function to perform from micro level to the macro ones.
1)Individuals
Plant a sapling suitable to the soil in your home/kitchen garden
2)Village panchayats : Plant trees suitable to the soil.Make arrangements for the up keep.
3)Cities/ town panchayats/corporations/

Maintain as many parks as possible.Revive the abandoned parks.Revive all abandoned ponds and water bodies.
4)Remove all encroachments in the water bodies' areas,without fear or avour
5) Plant avenue trees ,Involve the welfare organizations.
6)State Government
Take to massive tree planting along the contours of the river banks and channels and streems and ponds and tanks.
India is known as Navalam tivu(Land of Jamun plum groves0 Plant trees and herbs native to the soil.It can be verified by reference to the Permanent Register of the villages Warning from Nature
Dabbling with Natural forces thro atomic tests
Atomic tests create a huge vacuum in the cosmic region that deflect the forces of monsoons.Hence monsoons which are periodical and season bound have begun to play truant.A MORTORIUM ON ATOM BOMB TESTS BEYOND ACERTAIN LEVEL IS THE IMMEDIATE SOLUTION THE NATIONS MUST PAY HEED TO.

The ancient method of rain harvest
A reticulated structure made of tin sheets or made of lime mortar will be constructed just below the water spouts in the ceilings below the the house terraces. The first rain would be allowed to wash off the dirt. The second shower will fill these reticulated structures and the overflow only will be allowed to drain in to the vicinity of the household wells and the excess will run off in to the street which too will be directed to flow over soakage pits filled with sand which will recharge the subsoil water table. The further excess will be saved in tanks and ponds in villages.
